Session available at Colchester & Chelmsford
Support Sessions run every Wednesday at Jump Street Colchester from 2pm to 3pm and 4pm to 5pm during term time. They run in Chelmsford on Wednesday from 2pm to 3pm, Thursdays 5pm to 6pm and Sunday from 7pm to 8pm. Please check timetables for school holidays times.
Trampolining is excellent for developing body awareness, co-ordination, balance, hand eye coordination and motor skills in a fun and safe environment!
We are open to all and welcome people who have additional needs we have extra staff available to assist during the Support Sessions. At our Support Sessions, we turn down the volume, play calming music and provide a welcoming environment. Attendees and their carers will be able to use all areas of the park during their session time although there is no formal teaching or guidance.
There are limited places at our Support Sessions to allow plenty of space and keep noise levels low. There is wheelchair access to Jump Street Colchester, disabled toilet access, please note there is no access to a hoist. We are currently waiting for our exterior Stannah lift to be installed at Jump Street Chelmsford. The external lift is expected to be in place shortly and we will update this page in due course. There is an interior lift to the park and the café and disabled toilet access please note there is no access to a hoist.
The session costs £8 per person – which includes free admittance for one carer per person. There is also a charge of £1.75 for regulation non-slip socks which can be kept and re-used.

Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes ahead of your reserved time slot to leave time to stow your belongings and go through the safety briefing.
