Fitness trampoline classes offer the ultimate cardio workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles or on any joints.

Jump Street has an exciting selection of fitness classes and clubs to cater to all levels of fitness that are guaranteed to put the fun back in fitness. So if you’re fed up of wasting your monthly gym membership then jump aboard and have a go. These are high intensity, moderate-impact cardio workouts that blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate.

Classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise stated. During School holidays we do offer a slightly reduced programme so always check the timetables to see what’s on. You can also book via the Timetables too.

Jump N Tone:

These sessions offer a good 45-minute full body workout, using your own bodyweight and supplied equipment. You’ll also run through some energetic trampoline moves to burn off those stubborn areas. All abilities are welcome.

Jump Fitness:

Jump Fitness is a high energy 45 minute workout using functional bodyweight exercises mixed with trampoline moves, HIIT, Core work and resistance training.

A complete full body workout designed to work your muscles and heart to the max.

Jump Club

Resistance, cardio and core training can be fun too! Every Thursday at 8pm, the normal lighting will be turned down, the disco lights will spin and your favourite club tunes will pump out. This is a high energy 45 minute workout. All abilities welcome.

Metafit HIIT:

If you’re looking for something a bit more intense, then our  Metafit HIIT session is for you. A 30 minute intense workout designed to push your body to the max, increase your metabolism and boost your fitness. Your body will continue to burn those calories for up to 8 hours after the session has finished. For seasoned keep fit enthusiasts looking to reach new heights of fitness.

Jump Circuit:

Jump Circuit is a 45 minute circuit training session using a variety of equipment including Boxing gloves and pads, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Skipping ropes and hurdles (some or all may be used during the session)

The session focuses on Cardio, Strength, Speed, Balance and power incorporating functional training exercises alongside trampoline fitness moves.

and in Chelmsford…

A choice of classes from Shimmy ‘n’ Groove Fitness throughout the week, Monday to Friday. Emma and Tyler will put your through your paces and make sure you have a cracking workout!

Shimmy n Spring:

This workout challenges every muscle. We’ve devised easy to follow, choreographed routines to music. All levels of fitness welcome. The emphasis is to bring your sense of fun!

Shimmy Hiit:

These sessions promote coordination, strength and agility through a variety of bodyweight activities, using trampolines. We design the class to challenge you to push yourselves with cardio endurance, core strength and toning. All fitness levels welcome.
