Fitness trampoline classes offer the ultimate cardio workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles or on any joints.

Jump Street has an exciting selection of fitness classes and clubs to cater to all levels of fitness that are guaranteed to put the fun back in fitness. So if you’re fed up of wasting your monthly gym membership then jump aboard and have a go. These are high intensity, moderate-impact cardio workouts that blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate.

To find out when classes are running please check our timetable as there’s something to suit most busy schedules. Classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise stated. During School holidays we do offer a slightly reduced programme so always check the timetables to see what’s on.

Jump’N Tone – Jodie

These sessions offer a good 45-minute full body workout, using your own bodyweight and supplied equipment. You’ll also run through some energetic trampoline moves to burn off those stubborn areas. All abilities are welcome. Class time: 45 mins

Jump Fitness – Liarna

Jump Fitness is a high energy 45 minute workout using functional bodyweight exercises mixed with trampoline moves, HIIT, Core work and resistance training. A complete full body workout designed to work your muscles and heart to the max. Class time: 45 mins

Metafit HIIT – Liarna

If you’re looking for something a bit more intense, then our  Metafit HIIT session is for you. A 30 minute intense workout designed to push your body to the max, increase your metabolism and boost your fitness. Your body will continue to burn those calories for up to 8 hours after the session has finished. For seasoned keep fit enthusiasts looking to reach new heights of fitness. Class time: 30 mins

Spring – Emma

This workout challenges every muscle. We’ve devised easy to follow, choreographed routines to music. All levels of fitness welcome. The emphasis is to bring your sense of fun! Class time: 45 mins

Metafit – Townsend Twins

Bolster your core strength with this High Intensity Interval Training that is designed to push you to burn off calories, tone up and improve your metabolism. Class time: 45 mins

Double Trouble Dance – Townsend Twins

Get your groove on in this fun class that works as great cardiovascular exercise to keep you motivated with easy-to-follow moves to help burn off the calories while keeping a smile on your face (suitable for all skill levels). Class time: 45 mins
