Have you heard that our fantastic Clip’n Climb arena at our Chelmsford park has been awarded Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) accreditation and that we can help students across Essex to reach new heights?
LOtC is an amazing tool for learning, which has been proven to raise attainment, improve behavior, engagement and confidence of pupils. It also tackles social mobility giving children new and exciting experiences that inspire them to reach their true potential.
We can now offer a fantastic LOtC package giving schools the opportunity to turn our epic Clip’n Climb arena into a classroom – priced at just £60 per pupil for a six-week term!
Our scheme entitles pupils to full use of the Clip ‘n Climb facilities, enables them the chance to tackle our awesome extreme challenges and benefit from teaching from our staff.
The programme will encourage pupils to work on their team-building strategies, practice working together and adapting their thinking skills to complete adrenaline-fuelled climbing challenges and assisting others if they need a helping hand – or a leg-up!
Throughout the term, pupils will practice following instructions, sticking to rules and communicating with both their peers and adults alike. This six-week action-packed programme will help to increase fitness through physical activity, providing multiple health benefits, as well as developmental ones.
If you think that your school should take part, then our mascot, Kendrick, and a member of the team would jump at the chance to visit your school to talk about the benefits of participating in the programme and why a healthy lifestyle is vital.
