At Jump Street we want you to have a great time and safety is our number one priority.
Jumping areas within the trampoline park are monitored at all times by fully trained Jump Street staff, who are there to make sure the safety rules are adhered to.
The general safety rules and guidelines for each area are displayed throughout Jump Street. Our terms and conditions outline the risks and anyone jumping at Jump Street is deemed to have accepted these conditions prior to jumping.
Trampolining can be categorised as an action or extreme sport, so it’s important for participants to understand the risks and to follow Jump Street‘s set rules, safety guidelines and to bounce within their own ability.
Our terms and conditions outline these risks and anyone using the trampolines at Jump Street is deemed to have accepted these conditions prior to bouncing. We have gone to great lengths to reduce or eliminate some of the hazards associated with trampolining and our rules and guidelines are designed to minimise risk of injury to yourself and others. These are displayed around the park and our Jump Street staff will also be enforcing these rules, so please read and follow them carefully.
To minimise the chance of dangerous situations, especially for inexperienced jumpers, we have clearly posted trampoline court rules at the entrance to each court. These rules are enforced by our floor staff.
Staff reserve the right to remove guests from further bouncing in our facility, if they are acting in a way that may endanger themselves or others.
Jump Street recruits staff that have significant experience in areas of trampolining and gymnastics. Each of the trampoline courts are monitored by trained trampoline staff. Our team at Jump Street are trained in CPR and First Aid and are tasked with enforcing the court rules in a courteous manner.
Our staff monitor our ‘one person per trampoline’ rule to avoid collisions.
Historically, trampoline related injuries have occurred when jumpers have ‘fallen off’ a trampoline onto the ground or landed ‘on the frame’. Jump Street has minimised these risks by ensuring our trampoline areas are walled with rebounding surfaces and that our frames are covered in the highest-grade padding available. We have designed our facility to reduce or eliminate the hazards associated with typical home trampolines and are continually working to ensure a safe environment through, construction, training and research.
Fitness classes are for ages 14 years and over.
