Become part of the team at our fast paced, child friendly, safety conscious fun environment. The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, available to work weekends and be able to manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer all telephone and email enquiries
  • Process online bookings, handle payments and waivers
  • Assist customers in completing their booking
  • Explain the rules and answer any customer queries
  • Sell Merchandise
  • Replenish stock
  • Monitor, clean and organise your work station
  • Adhere to the company health and safety policy
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information

Skills, personal attributes & experience required

  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment are desirable
  • An outgoing personality, can-do attitude and great customer service skills
  • You can think quickly, react to and handle situations calmly and responsibly
  • You have competent administrative and numeracy skills and are computer literate
  • Applicants should be aged 16 years and over

Working Hours

Full time and part time
